Slovakia Provincial Fire Brigade Special Samaritan Services Award (in bronze gilt with red, white and green enamels, measuring 38.8 mm (w) x 41 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally-pierced ball suspension, original ribbon with hook and eye, the ribbon suspended from a bronze gilt bar with ball finials at the ends and pinback, intact enamels).
