Prussia, Kingdom. A Pickelhaube Plate

(Preußen Helmwappen). Constructed of brass, the obverse consisting of a crowned Prussian imperial eagle clutching an orb and sceptre, overlaid by a monogram and banner bearing an inscription of “MIT GOTT FÜR KOENIG UND VATERLAND” (“WITH GOD FOR KING AND FATHERLAND”), unmarked, measuring 13 cm (w) x 11.5 cm (h), missing its reverse attachment lugs, in very fine condition.
