Württemberg, Kingdom. An EM/NCO’s 1895 Pattern Belt Buckle

(Württemberg Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of partially-silvered brass, the obverse bearing a central raised Württemberg coat of arms, within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “FURCHTLOS UND TREW” (“FEARLESS AND LOYAL”), the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, unmarked, measuring 62 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), with minor surface scratching evident, in near extremely fine condition.
