Two-piece construction, Yugoslav coat of-arms in silvered bronze, mounted to a circular base in bronze with red, white and blue enamels, the base inscribed in Croatian "KR. REDARSTVENO RAVNATELJSTVO U ZAGREB" (Royal Police Administration in Zagreb), maker marked "GREISBACH I KNAUS ZAGREB" on the reverse, measuring 35.3 mm in diameter, screwback, intact enamels, extremely fine.
