Germany, Wehrmacht. An Afrikakorps Panzer Troops Commemorative Ring

(Afrikakorps Fingerring). Constructed of a silvered metal alloy, the exterior bearing a central oval medallion overlaid by an etched Afrikakorps insignia, flanked on the left by an inscription of “PZD” (“PANZER DIVISION”) and on the right by a date of “1942”, the interior bearing an illegible raised inscription around the entirety of the circumference, corresponding to a size 9, weighing 7.1 grams, with loss of finish and minor oxidation evident, in very fine condition.
