Two-piece construction, flag insignia in frosted silver, mounted to a ten-pointed silver base, number impressed "37" on the reverse, unmarked, measuring 51 mm (w) x 56 mm (h), contact marks evident on the reverse, original ribbon, mounted to a five-sided non-magnetic metal suspension with pinback, better than very fine. Accompanied by its Ribbon Bar bearing a star clasp, with pinback, measuring 36 mm (w) x 8.7 mm (h), in their hardshelled case of issue, red dimpled exterior, inscribed "ORDEN JUGOSLOVENSKE ZASTAVE SA SREBRNOM ZVEZDOM" in gold-coloured ink on the lid, inside lid in white nylon, padded and bearing the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia coat-of-arms, base with a raised platform in black felt that incorporates a recessed medal bed, measuring 152 mm (w) x 242 mm (h) x 50 mm (d), exhibiting puncture marks, creasing and indentations on the lid, case near very fine.
