In silver with light blue enamelled insignia, mounted to a silver with dark blue, white, green, red and yellow enamelled base, marked "FABRICADO EN CUBA" and maker marked "VILARDEBO & RIERA HABANA" on the reverse cartouche, 85 mm (w) x 85.5 mm (h), vertical pinback, crazing evident in the white enamels on one finial and in the yellow enamels throughout, fine.
