(HIAG Suchdienst Papier). A HIAG (Mutual Aid Association of Former Waffen-SS Members) Tracing Service file for SS-Kanonier Karl Dorn, who served with the 8th SS Cavalry Division Florian Geyer. While information is lacking, it is presumed that he was one of many SS personnel missing in action during the Red Army’s Siege of Budapest. The document retains a razor-sharp studio photo of Dorn in the uniform of an SS-Mann and wearing an overseas cap. Measuring 21 cm (w) x 15 cm (h). Demonstrating only minor material fatigue, it remains in an extremely fine condition.
