OTTO MEISSNER / 13. 3. 1940 / RIBBENTROP” indicating that the cufflinks were presented to Chief of the Presidential Chancellery Dr. Otto Meissner by Reichsminister of Foreign Affairs Joachim von Ribbentrop, each stamped with a silver content number of “800”, both measuring 21 mm in diameter and weighing 17.4 grams in total, a desirable customized gift set gifted between two key Third Reich governmental figures in extremely fine condition.
