In silver with maroon and blue enamels,the obverse bears two crossed feathers over a blue and red enamel background with one star in the centre, above is a scroll that reads “4. TAUTAS SKAITISANA”, above is a cipher “NSP” (National Bureau of Statistics), the reverse bears a vertical pinback and the silver content number “875” and “OK”, measuring 25.71 mm (w) x 45.50 mm (h), weighing 10.8 g, very fine.
