Germany, DJ. A Rare Deutsches Jungvolk Member’s Buckle, by Berg & Nolte

(Deutsches Jungvolk Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of silvered brass, the obverse bearing a central raised Sig rune, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, one edge bearing a partially-legible Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo, the lower edge marked with a maker code of “M4/30” for Berg & Nolte, Lüdenescheid, measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), demonstrating near-total loss of silver finish throughout, a scarce buckle in very fine condition.
