Constructed of aluminum in the shape of a traditional winged oak wreath with a tri-colour cockade integrated in the centre of the wreath; two double-pronged prongs on the reverse; unmarked; measuring 143.40 mm (w) x 37.92 mm (h); weighing 14.4 grams; in overall virtually mint condition.
