Belt in leather with a black patent leather upper and a raw underside, with a belt buckle in white metal stitched in place on the right end, the belt buckle with a 26.2 mm (w) x 43 mm in (h) insignia, placed upon the 55 mm (w) x 60 mm (h) base, the base incorporating an oval frame for the insignia along with a slot on the right side for the insertion of the belt, the left end with a 26 mm (w) x 59.5 mm (h) receiving clip in white metal stitched in place, with a slot for insertion of the belt. The belt incorporates a leather slider with a black patent upper near the receiving clip and is folded over and rests behind the body of the belt on the left end, with a 13 mm wide x 180 mm black leather strap with six holes and housing a silvered metal buckle for length adjustment stitched in place to the end of the belt, measuring 45 mm in width x approximately 1,050 mm in length and exhibiting extensive wear and crazing in the black patent upper; and Sporran with a nicely finished pebbled chocolate brown upper, raw underside, the front bearing a 29.7 mm (w) x 43 mm (h) insignia in white metal which is affixed to the sporran via one lug that passes through the body of the sporran and is secured in place via a large safety pin on the inside, a large brass post located above the insignia designed to receive the hole in the weather flap, the post secured in place by a washer on the inside. The back of the sporran has a patch stitched in place to allow for the insertion of the waist strap and is stamped with the regimental number "S5429" and the date "1962" just below the patch, the sporran measuring 175 mm (w) x 185 mm (h) x 25 (d). The 18 mm wide and 1,250 mm long waist strap has a matching chocolate brown upper, with a raw underside, as that used on the sporran, incorporating a leather slider, the right end of the strap with eleven holes and housing a silvered metal buckle for length adjustment, the strap exhibiting light wear and crazing. Together, very fine.
