A III Class cross, in silver, obverse bearing a St. George on horseback spearing a dragon, the reverse medallion bearing the cypher SG, with 3 СТЕП on the 6 o’clock arm, the 3 and 9 o’clock arm presenting the impressed number 164346, measures 34.4mm (w) x 41.2mm (h – inclusive of integral ring), weighs 11.7 grams, suspended from loop, worn on replacement ribbon, small knocks and pitting, contact marks, lovely patina, in very fine condition.
