MÄRZ 1938”, circumscribed by an inscription of “EIN VOLK, EIN REICH, EIN FÜHRER” (“ONE PEOPLE, ONE NATION, ONE LEADER”), unmarked, measuring 31.94 mm in diameter, weighing 14.7 grams (inclusive of ribbon), accompanied by its origins presentation case, constructed of a heavy card stock frame with a faux red leather exterior liner, the lid bearing an embossed and gilded German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the interior with a white rayon lid liner and intact hinge cover, with a slotted maroon felt medal bed, closing with a functional spring catch with exterior stud release, unmarked, measuring 48 mm (w) x 100 mm (l) x 20 mm (h), demonstrating moderate material fatigue to the case, in near extremely fine condition.
