(NSDAP Gürtelschnalle für Politische Leiter). Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by an NSDAP-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with a clip and swivel attachment claws, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M4/46” for Wilhelm Schröder & Co., Lüdenscheid, measuring 56 mm in diameter, demonstrating minor loss of gilt finish to high-contact points, in near extremely fine condition.
