Germany, Wehrmacht. A Lot of Mint War Merit Medals

(Kriegsverdienstmedaillen). Constructed of bronze, on loops for suspension from period original ribbons, the obverse of each bearing a raised Maltese Cross with pebbled arms and a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse of each bearing a raised inscription of “FÜR KRIEGS-VERDIENST 1939” (“FOR WAR MERIT 1939”), all unmarked, measuring 32.23 mm in diameter, and weighing 13.2 grams, in near mint condition.
