A two-piece construction badge of silvered bronze, the obverse centre bears the Roman numeral “X” (15) on a yellow enamel background, encompassed by a wreath of oak leaves tied with a ribbon at the bottom, rays lay in the quadrants between the four cross arms, the 12 o’clock arm is missing the gilded firefighters helmet insignia, the reverse is plain and shows the attachment prongs of the obverse centre, with a screwback, the screw plate is marked “W.F. MULLER RIGA” measuring 41.18 mm, fine.
