(Miniaturen). A mixed lot of four miniature awards, including:

 

1. A 1914 Iron Cross, constructed of bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse with black enameled arms, with a central initial “W”, the six o’clock arm with a reinstitution date of “1914”, the twelve o’clock arm with a royal crown, unmarked, measuring 22 mm (w) x 25 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.

 

2. A Prussian Cross for Voluntary War Aid, constructed of zink, on loop for suspension from its period original tri-fold ribbon, unmarked, measuring 14 mm (w) x 16 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.

 

3. A Bavarian Merit Cross for Red Cross Volunteers, constructed of bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension, unmarked, measuring 21 mm (w) x 22 mm (h), with some chipping of the enamel evident, in better than very fine condition.

 

4. An SS 8-Year Long Service Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised swastika overlaid by wreathed double Sig runes, the reverse bearing a raised number “8” overlaid by an inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE IN DER SS” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE SS”), unmarked, measuring 15 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
