United Kingdom. A North West Canada Rebellion Medal to Pte. B. Crow, 7th Fusiliers

Instituted 1885. In silver, full size, rim impressed “PTE. B. CROW. 7^TH FUSILIERS”, worn on a section of original ribbon, small edge knock on obverse rim near 6 o’clock, dark patina, remains in extremely fine condition.

Footnote: Private Braithwaite Crow lived in London, Ontario, and went on active duty with the 7^th Battalion Fusiliers on the 31^st of March 1885. At this time, he was 31 years of age and married. He continued to serve until 1891.
