Constructed of partially-blackened neusilber, consisting of a Cross Pattée with a blackened core within a ribbed and silvered frame, the obverse with three central oak leaves, the six o’clock arm with a reinstitution date of “1939”, the reverse six o’clock arm with an initial institution date of “1813”, the twelve o’clock arm topped by an integral loop retaining Oak Leaves, the latter featuring a reverse dual loops retaining an original shortened neck ribbon, unmarked, the cross measuring 48.67 mm (w) x 54.50 mm (h), the clasp measuring 19.96 mm (w) x 19.34 mm (h), weighing 32.8 grams overall, accompanied by its original presentation case, constructed of a wooden frame with a faux black leather exterior liner, the interior with a white rayon lid liner and intact hinge cover with a slotted and depressed black velvet medal bed, closing with a functional metal spring catch with exterior stud release, unmarked, measuring 80 mm (w) x 145 mm (l) x 25 mm (h), in overall near extremely fine condition.
