Instituted 1945. In silver gilt, featuring a red enamelled five point star with clusters of smooth rays in each quadrant, the obverse medallion presenting Mongolian symbolism in red, yellow, blue and green enamels on a white enamel ring, a blue field inscribed 3, denoting the third award is present at 6 o’clock, the reverse presents a single central screw post with three rivets, numbered 76, with screw plate, measures 52.3mm (w) x 52.5mm (h), weight 47.5 grams, enamels intact, scattered gilt wear, remains in extremely fine condition.
