Silver medal, bearing “DER TAPFERKEIT” (Translation: For Bravery), surrounded by a laurel wreath on obverse, reverse bearing bust of Franz Joseph I and stamped “LEISEK”, measuring at 40.19 mm (w) x 51.02mm (h) (to top of ring suspension) and weighing at 17.9 grams, with correct replacement ribbon, pleasing tone, extremely fine.
