Investigation and Surveillance Corps ID badge (this unit was similar in nature and purpose to German Gestapo organization); Two-piece construction, silvered bronze with red, white, blue, green, orange, brown and black enamels on the obverse, gilt on the reverse, number stamped "1329" and maker marked "HERNANDEZ HNDS WILO" on the reverse, 47.7 mm x 60 mm, vertical pinback, reverse frame for photo, some minor chipping evident in the white and black enamels on the obverse, scattered gilt wear on the reverse, circa 1935-1940 period issue, very fine.
