Germany, Imperial. A Table Fork from the Cutlery Service of Kaiser Wilhelm II, by H.J. Wilm

(Kaiser Wilhelm II Gabel in Silber). Constructed of silver, the obverse handle featuring finely-detailed floral designs, with an engraved monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse bearing analogous designs through the handle, engraved with a manufacture date of "1911", a crown and crescent moon indicating German manufacture, a silver content number of "800", and a maker's mark of "H.J. WILM" for the eponymous Berlin-based silversmith, measuring 25 mm (w) x 175 mm (l), weighing 60.2 grams, in extremely fine condition.
