Instituted March 1, 1854. In silver, full size, rim engraved “1121 Lal Singh 32d Bl Infy”, worn on replacement ribbon with SIKKIM 1888 clasp, obverse scratched at 12 o’clock, edge dents, remains in very fine condition.
