(HJ Gürtel mit Schnalle). An HJ member’s belt and buckle, the former constructed of pressed blackened leather, one end riveted with a magnetic metal clip, the opposite end bearing a reverse tongue perforated with seven sets of dual eyelets for an adjustable fit, the tongue embossed with a leather composition mark reading “CROUPON”, measuring 4.5 cm (w) x 81 cm (l), demonstrating moderate material fatigue, in better than very fine condition; the latter constructed of nickel-silver, the obverse bearing a central raised German national eagle clutching an HJ insignia, set within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “BLUT UND EHRE” (“BLOOD AND HONOUR”), the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, double-maker marked with the logo of F.W. Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), demonstrating minor denting and scratching, in better than very fine condition.
