A complete set of Wehrmacht cartographer’s implements for use in the field, secreted within a sturdy wooden case with a faux black leather exterior liner, the lid retaining a mostly-intact Wehrmacht label and maker’s label reading “LEONH. GRUBER’S NACHF., NÜRNBERG”, opening with a sliding lock to reveal an interior fully liner with blue wool, the bed featuring custom-fitted slots with 13 original and functional instruments, the case measuring 24.5 cm (w) x 11.5 cm (l), in overall near extremely fine condition.
