A silver badge constructed in the shape of an eagle, presenting the coat of arms of Romania, a crowned eagle holding a cross in its beak and a mace and a sword in its claws, with a central shield depicting symbols for the historical provinces of Romania, a banner stating “SENATUL ROMAN” hangs at the eagle’s feet, the reverse plain except for a vertical pin, hinge, and catch, measures 49.65 mm (w) x 59.75 mm (h), and in extremely fine condition.
