A pair of unissued award documents for the German Cross in Gold, each constructed of off-white paper stock, the obverse bearing printed dedications featuring voids for the addition of the recipient’s name, award date, and signature of the Oberbefehlshaber (Supreme Commander) of the Kriegsmarine, topped by a gilt depiction of the award executed in exceptional detail, both unmarked and measuring 25.5 cm (w) x 35.5 cm (H), both demonstrating minor and age-appropriate discolouration in addition to a central folding crease, in near extremely fine condition.
