(Estrella de Honor de la Justicia Militar). Instituted 1875. King Alfonso XIII Period. A Judge breast badge embroidered in silver gilt wire, featuring a red colored period Spanish crown on the top, as well as two central gilded plaques showing the Military Justice Body emblem on a blue thread background, all superimposed on a black background reverse, measuring 80.60 mm (w) x 89.53 mm (h), missing the reverse cover, with decolored central thread, and minor unravel wire on the obverse, fair condition.
Footnote: The Military Body of Justice was officially instituted in 1857 by the Queen Isabel II, and it was in charged of the procedures of legal issues into the Spanish Army. It was abolish in 1989 and it was replaced by a different Military Magistrate.
