An NRSL/German Shooting Association Award with Case - Zinc, obverse illustrating a jumping horse in the centre, flanked by oak leaves and acorns, the front left hoof raised over the NRSL (Nationalsozialistischer Reichsbund für Leibesübungen = National Socialist League of the Reich for Physical Exercise) and the DSV (Deutscher Schutzen-verband = German Shooting Association) insignias, inscribed "DEM SIEGER" (The Winner) above, reverse inscribed "EHRENPREIS DES GAUES WESTFALEN IM DEUTSCHEN SCHUTZEN-VERB" in Art Deco style capitals, un-named in the ribbon banner below, both sides with raised rims, 101.5 mm, original gilt has worn off, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, pebbled exterior, recessed medal bed, case also extremely fine.
