A 1935 German Machine Gunners Plaque

A 1935 German Machine Gunners Plaque - Dark silvered, die-stamped metal insignia, non-magentic, illustrating two machine gunners with machine gun in a grassy embankment, a 17 mm x 72 mm silver name plate below inscribed "Zum 45. Geburtstag v. D. Wilhelm" and held in place via two bronze nails, the insignia mounted to a 9.5 mm thick black painted wooden board via a screw with washer and nut combination, the board with bevelled edges, measuring 136 mm x 182 mm, the name plate exhibiting wear, the insignia with contact marks evident on the two soldier's helmets, better than very fine.
