Measuring 255x354mm, near very fine condition with multiple folding creases, light scuffing and fraying, and two punched holes. The document states that Oberleutnant (Senior Lieutenant) Erich Krüger is promoted to Hauptmann (Captain), effective March 1, 1940. The document is dated to February 29, 1940 and signed in blue ink by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Generalfeldmarschall Walther von Brauchitsch, a recipient of the Knight’s Cross.
