Constructed of silvered tombak, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with pebbled arms and a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked but demonstrating the characteristics of manufacture by Deschler & Sohn, Munich, measuring 48.34 mm (w) x 48.05 mm (h), weighing 17.2 grams, demonstrating moderate loss of finish, in extremely fine condition.
