Silver badge encircled in oak leaves with Latvian flag and crest in red, white and blue enamels, inscribed with “R.P.S” on obverse, reverse is blank with a screwback, screwback cap bearing markers mark, measuring at 38.26mm (w) x 46.18mm (h) and weighing at 23.1 grams, very fine.
