Constructed of round silver; the obverse depicting the leftward facing bust of Wriedrich Wilhelm, circumscribed by his name and title; the reverse inscribed “Für Rettung aus Gefahr” (German - For rescue from danger) within a thick oak wreath; measuring 50.66 mm in diameter; weighing 55.8 grams; in overall very fine condition.
