Constructed of black wool, trimmed with black threaded and silver aluminum wire piping, the obverse bearing dual hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire Sig runes flanked by a stylized letter “N” for Nürnberg (Nuremberg), unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), demonstrating minor material fatigue to the obverse wool, a scarce insignia in near extremely fine condition.
