Germany, Wehrmacht. A Mixed Lot of Uniform Insignia

(Wehrmacht Insignien). A mixed lot of seven Wehrmacht uniform insignia, including:

1. An unissued set of Heer Medical Officer’s dress uniform collar tabs, consisting of two blue wool backers with buckram underlays, topped by dual machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia, each measuring 60 mm (w) x 95 mm (l), in near mint condition.

2. An unissued set of Heer Officer’s dress uniform cuff insignia, constructed of a dark green wool base with a buckram underlay, topped by dual machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia, unmarked, measuring 100 mm (w) x 90 mm (h), in near mint condition.

3. A Heer Enlisted personnel collar insignia, constructed of grey rayon with dark green machine embroidery, unmarked, measuring 25 mm (w) x 75 mm (l), in uniform-removed and near extremely fine condition.

4. A Heer Signals arm insignia, constructed of dark green wool with silver-grey machine embroidery, unmarked, measuring 42 mm (w) x 55 mm (h), with a small patch of mothing visible, in near extremely fine condition.

5. A Luftwaffe Flight Personnel Leutnant collar tab, constructed of golden-yellow wool, trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping, and bearing a single gull situated above an oak leaf wreath of identical construction, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), with moderate soiling evident throughout, in uniform-removed and very fine condition.
