(Patriotische Ringe). A mixed lot of three First World War patriotic rings, including:

 

1. One constructed of a silvered alloy, the exterior bearing a circular oak leaf wreath surrounding a disc bearing the raised profiles of Kaiser Wilhelm II, Emperor Franz Joseph, and Sultan Mehmed V, with a stylized chain link band, unmarked, corresponding to a size 5.75, in near extremely fine condition.

 

2. One constructed of a silvered alloy, the exterior bearing a disc overlaid by raised German and Austrian imperial eagles, along with an Ottoman crescent and star, the band bearing a raised inscription of “GOTT STRAFE ENGLAND” (“GOD PUNISH ENGLAND”), unmarked, corresponding to a size 9.75, in near extremely fine condition.

 

3. One constructed of a silvered alloy, the exterior bearing a profile of Kaiser Wilhelm II, with a stylized latticework band, unmarked, corresponding to a size 4.5, a small ring in near extremely fine condition.
