(Frontflugspange für Zerstörer in Silber). Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a central circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, around a central downward-pointing winged arrow, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the reverse with a single visible rivet securing the obverse applique in place, with a crimped hinge and fluted banjo-style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 76.44 mm (w) x 25.92 mm (h), weighing 20.0 grams, demonstrating moderate loss of silver finish, in near extremely fine condition.
