(Croce Rossa San Marino). Instituted in 1987. In silver gilt with red, white and green enamels, maker marked "12 ML" (Milano) and marked "925" (silver) on the reverse, measuring 38.5 mm (w) x 64.5 mm (h) inclusive of its coat-of-arms and integral ring suspension, crazing and chipping evident in the red enamels on the arm at 6 o'clock, original ribbon, very fine.
