Gold medal with ball finials with blue and white enamels, bearing Latin “Atavis Edite Regibus” (translation: descendants of kings) on obverse, reverse inscribed “Order of the Crown in American, 169” with cracks in the enamel, hanging from crown suspension, horizontal pin back inscribed “Medora Augusta Guy Uayner” and makers mark on original bow ribbon, measuring at 41.80mm (w) x 70.86mm (h- to top of suspension ring) and weighing 29.7 grams.
