(Auszeichnungen und Insignien). A mixed lot of four decorations and insignia, including:

1. A War Merit Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised Maltese Cross with pebbled arms and a central wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of “FÜR KRIEGSVERDIENST 1939” (“FOR WAR MERIT 1939”), unmarked, unmarked, measuring 32.14 mm in diameter, weighing 12.8 grams, in near mint condition.

2. A Civil Service 25-Year Faithful Service Award, constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms joined through the quadrants by a circular oak leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a central black enameled swastika, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE”, unmarked, measuring 40.90 mm (w) x 45.31 mm (h), weighing 21.5 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition.

3. A Heer visor cap wreath and cockade, constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a central tri-colour cockade with a red wool centrepiece, situated within an oak leaf wreath, the reverse with one of three attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), demonstrating moderate loss of finish, in very fine condition.

4. A Soldatenbund visor cap insignia, constructed of gilded bronze with enamels, the reverse with both attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 64 mm (w) x 36 mm (h), demonstrating minor loss of finish, in near extremely fine condition.
