Poland, II Republic. A 1st Artillery Command at Krakow Badge

Two-piece construction, in silvered bronze, cast, illustrating the left-facing crowned Polish eagle fronting a cross, each of the arms of the cross are marked (the top with "XI.XII.18", the bottom with "SLAZK", the lateral ones "L. 1919" and "LWOW", left and right respectively), the cross mounted to a circular frame inscribed "Pamieci, Walk i Prac/Pierw/Artyl/Pierw/Dow Art w Krakow", measuring 44.5 mm in diameter, screwback, contact marks, surface wear, rough finish, near fine.
