Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse bearing a central raised profile of a fox terrier, set within an oval border bearing an inscription of “OESTERR.UNGARISCHER FOXTERRIER-CLUB”, the reverse bearing dual raised coats of arms of Austria and Hungary, above an engraved dedication of “CL. XIX. II. PR. HURRIED LIFE WIEN 5:6 X 1901”, indicating issue for second place in distinguished breeding, the edge maker marked “REINEMER & SPIEGEL, WIEN”, measuring 55 mm (w) x 64 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
