Bosnia and Herzegovina. An Order of the Golden Lily with Silver Wreath, by Softic Sarajevo

Instituted April 14, 1994. In silver gilt, a stylized lily, semi surrounded by a green enamel and silver wreath, reverse is hollow, suspended from a triangular metal support (a stylized metal ribbon) with alternating green and white enamel stripes with gilt border on the outside edges, in the alcove of the border sits a flower in the form of a rosette, the reverse of the suspension features a pin, the reverse is marked SF denoting manufacture by the artisan workshop of Fahrudin Softic from Sarajevo, Bosnia, marked S990 denoting silver fineness, measures 34.3mm (w) x 85.6mm (h – including suspension), weighs 11.9 grams, enamels show very minor wear along the top stripe in the suspension, a very rare decoration in extremely fine condition.

Footnote: Six members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina were awarded the Order of the Golden Lily with a silver wreath.
