A Spanish Order of Military Merit - Peacetime Merit Issue (white enamel), in silver gilt (most of the gilding has gone), crown and center round appliqué in Gold and enamels, 93mm, of excellent quality manufacture, circa 1870-80; reverse center cartouche marked by Castells, Barcelona, in near mint condition.
