Accompanied by a copy of his Index Card (acknowledging his eligibility for the 1914-15 Star, BWM and VM).  Footnote: Donald Robert Hart enlisted as a Private (2421, later 240547) with the Gloucestershire Regiment. He entered the French theatre on March 29, 1915 and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant with the Royal Field Artillery on June 9, 1917.
