Feldgendarmerie (Army Military Field Police) Gorget - gorget and the chain made entirely of die stamped steel (magnetic), and is aluminum coated, while the army eagle and buttons are painted with radium paint; Feldgendarmerie motto/ banner is in black enamel with raised radium painted letters. The chain is approximately 60cm (or 25 inches) long; the gorget measures approximately 16cm x 10.5cm (or 6-1/2 inches by 4-1/2 inches). The back of the gorget has the Army olive-grey wool backing and is unmarked; in extremely fine condition.
